Spendive Refund Policy

At Spendive, we strive to provide reliable and transparent services. This Refund Policy explains the terms under which you may be eligible for a refund for services or transactions made through our platform.

1. General Policy

Spendive does not offer refunds for services that have already been rendered or completed. Refunds are only considered in exceptional circumstances and are subject to approval.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • A payment was made in error (e.g. duplicate transactions)
  • A service paid for was not delivered due to a verified technical failure
  • A transaction was processed without your authorization
  • A merchant or vendor failed to fulfill their obligation after payment and the case is resolved in your favor

3. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, you must:

  • Submit a written request via email to contact@spendive.com
  • Include transaction details (date, amount, reference number)
  • Explain the reason for the refund

All refund requests must be made within 7 days of the transaction date.

4. Review Process

Spendive will review your request within 5–10 business days of receiving complete information. We may contact you for additional details or documentation.

5. Refund Outcome

  • If your refund is approved, funds will be returned via the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
  • If your refund is denied, we will provide a reason in writing.
  • In cases involving third-party processors, additional time may be required.

6. Non-Refundable Transactions

Spendive will not issue refunds for:

  • Services that have been fulfilled and accepted by the user
  • Change of mind or dissatisfaction not caused by service failure
  • Fraudulent claims or misrepresentations

7. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in temporary account suspension while the matter is investigated.
